Meet Your Coach

At 50, Tim was more comfortable behind a desk than on a trail or in a gym. By 53, he was setting personal bests in the mile and 5K and winning his age division in mountain races. He's been where you are, and he knows how to help you get where you want to go.

That journey shapes how Tim coaches. He works with a small number of clients at a time, and every program is built entirely around you. You'll never be handed a generic plan and left to figure out the rest.
